SOLO SALSA
- My Solo Salsa classes are for complete beginners and designed to get you moving with ease and Salsa-style right from the beginning! You don’t need to have a partner, nor have done Salsa before. We are learning to Salsa because we’ve always wanted to try it and because we love the happy, feel-good music!

What goes on behind the smoked glass of Florantilles studio?Well it's no longer a mystery. Here's how we tone our bodies under Maria's entertaining commentary. I choose her gentle yoga class because you have options. Initially we do deep breathing, stretching, bending and balancing. Before you know it, your body has a warm glow and we invariably take off our sweaters. On to some options then. Whether we decide to concentrate on posture, gluteals, thighs, abdomens, etc., Maria allows each of us to choose how far we want to stretch our bodies - as little or as much as you want. You will be surprised by how much further you can stretch as the weeks go by and you haven't even realised it. I can speak personally here. Usually yoga leaves you with a body feeling lightly stretched and a relaxed feeling. I don't usually cycle 20 miles on the same morning as I go to Maria's Yoga class, but I cycled on the tandem to Rojales and I was surprised how effortless it was, so much so, that when we pushed back from Montesinos and up the last hill to Camping Florantilles, Dennis commented it was the least work he had ever done on the front! Better still I felt great! Give the class a go. Make a New Years resolution to rejuvenate your body this January.”

MY M.O.
Nearly 30 years of experience in teaching exercise in all its forms as therapy, conditioning, dance, rehab and relaxation, has taught me a lot. Above all, that we are all unique and that there will never be a "one size of anything" that truly fits all, because we're all starting from a unique point. That's why my m.o. of teaching is always freshly made-to-order to fit you and your plans. In the meantime though, if you feel like it, try my 3 cardinal concepts on for size...
